I like to think my liberal arts education taught me how to learn, not teach me a profession. I have spent my career developing varied skills at all my different jobs: retail sales, insurance agent, funeral director, small business owner, franchise support and training. I enjoy putting all that experience to use in working with a great team here at THM where we combine all our amazing talents to work for our clients.

I am an avid reader, gobbling down 3-4 books a week. I enjoy sewing for our beautiful home on Lake Norman, and my husband and I love to travel and indulge our foodie habits at interesting and eclectic restaurants around Charlotte and around the country. One of my favorite quotes is from author Katherine Mansfield: “Make it a rule of life never to regret and never to look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can’t build on it; it’s only good for wallowing in.”
