2019 NAIOP Charlotte Battle of the BandsWorking with an online membership management system (MMS), we support the ever-evolving need to track members’ activities, program and committee involvement, dues billings and general information. The MMS supports THM to provide timely response to members’ requests, prospective member tracking, easy online event registration and integrated websites.

MEETING PLANNING

Continuing education, conventions, trade shows, seminars and special events – our staff is experienced in working with the extraordinary amount of details involved with the planning and management of such activities, including speaker and site selection, exhibitor relations, promotion, registration and onsite management.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES

The back office support help associations efficiently deliver and respond to members’ needs. From database management, communications and member services, all to support the regular, day-to-day activities of an organization.

COMMUNICATIONS

Our communications staff can reinvigorate present publications or develop fresh new designs. From email promotions to website management, print brochures to directories, mobile applications to event polling and webinars, our staff will create, manage and deliver on your communications needs.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

THM provides accounting services, working hand-in-hand with an association’s treasurer and governing board. We assist with developing annual budgets and financial reports, review and process revenue and expenses, and managing the cash flow of the association.

MARKETING

Associations are a service-based industry, requiring a continual cultivation of relationships with members, the press, and prospective members. Developing a plan and practice of regular contact with members and encouraging volunteer participation is paramount to the future of all associations.
