I love helping organizations bring their vision to life and making sure their members feel connected and supported.  Like a compass, we are constantly aligning our organizations toward what matters most – a shared vision, purpose, and focused values.

I grew up in Denver, Colorado, and moved to Charlotte in 1991 after earning my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Colorado State University. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to be recognized as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top Women in Business and to become a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum (ALF).

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling with my husband, Mike, or trying out new restaurants wherever our adventures take us. Family time is especially important to us. Together we have four adult children, and six grandchildren spread out in Cape Cod, Massachusetts; Laramie, Wyoming; and Richmond, Virginia. Whether it’s a big family meal, a weekend visit, or just enjoying some sunshine, those moments together are what I cherish most.
