THM Dons Blue to Celebrate Our Nation's Birthday

Fourth of July Group PhotoDuring this week's staff meeting, after our scheduled reports of client meeting attendance, membership renewal initiatives and social media engagement rates, the discussion turned to a more serious topic: everyone's TV binge habits!

While some are leaning into newbies like Dept. Q and Paradise others are dusting off oldies like Law & Order, Murder She Wrote, and The Waltons. Though tastes varied, it wasn't a surprise that within a company that deep-dives into problem solving and best practices, crime and mystery shows were prevalent.

We also took some time for introductions! We have some new faces at THM, and we enjoyed welcoming Kate McNeill, our summer intern, Doug Laws and Tanner White to the team. We're excited to have them with us and they're already making a big impact on our work and culture. Check back soon for profiles on these new THM folks.

We closed the meeting with a bit of fun. After a vote, blue was the winner and the color we donned the next day for a group photo. Enjoy our silly photo* and browse our site to learn more about us, THM, the essential partner to trade and professional association. If you have any questions about how we can help your organization achieve and exceed your goals, please give us a call!

We wish America a happy birthday and hope that you and your family have a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July celebration!

THM Closes 2024 with Fun and Camaraderie

Game Show Battle Rooms Photo2024 was another active year for THM. After months of client annual meetings, monthly continuing education sessions, networking breakfasts and golf tournaments, the office took a break to decompress and have some fun.

The office spent the morning at Game Show Battle Rooms in Ballantyne.  We split up into two teams and tried our luck at different game show style events. We all had a great time laughing at ourselves and cheering each other on in activities similar to game shows like The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. We finished our competition with a giant carnival-style game called "The Drop," where contestants placed a large disc on a two story tall peg board in hopes of dropping their disc in the highest scoring slot.

At the final buzzer our Red Team won the day by a clear margin. We all celebrated together at a post-game luncheon. Thank you to Game Show Battle Rooms and to all of the staff at THM for putting their busy schedules aside and giving their all in friendly competition.

Thank you to all of our clients for a great 2024 and we look forward to continued success and partnership in 2025!
